![]() ![]() So, is Apple being corrupt or lying? Probably not. Do you have any idea how few Apple devices are manufactured in a way that makes them broken from the start? Very few. That being said - I find it hard to believe that you have over 50 broken iPhones that were sold by Apple broken. If a phone you buy from person X is damaged - say it is water damaged or something inside is broken - maybe from something like a dropping - that is your fault for buying it from person X without inspecting the inside yourself first, not Apple's because person X dropped it. Shouldn't it be on you to make sure you buy phones that are good? My guess is that Apple is being honest in their business practices. You are in the business of buying used phones and re-selling them, right? Now that that is cleared up, onto the main thing. A wholesaler is someone who buys in large quantities and sells the stuff in smaller quantities to make a profit. And then re-sell them correct? That's not a wholesaler. I'm not a genius in circuitry but i don't buy what apple is saying is truly a valid reason not to cover the devices. 4 of these images show absolutely nothing out of the ordinary than what you would find in a brand new phone. There is NO corrosion anywhere nor have any of them appear to be worked on or opened to my knowledge. ![]() ![]() The LCI - Internally has not been triggered so its not liquid damage. The Foreign substance could be could be unburned flux. Does anything look wrong here on the boards ? Has any one else been affected ? I Have at least 50 Cases like this i always save the images and emails. These images are provided straight form apple the only thing i have done is blurred out repair numbers. Here are a few images of reasons they say they will not touch them. Now recently i i have been receiving lots of denials now keep in mind i don't open these phones or modify them in any way but i have been receiving bogus reasons as to why they will not repair or replace phones and its not adding up. Phones that have hardware issues and are and should be covered under the manufactures warranty. Such ad DOA units or units that fail Restores or initial functional inspection. In some situations i need to send phones in for repair. ![]() I'm a Distributor and i sell iPhone's in quantity. ![]()
